Abstract
The article focuses on the ancient Andean agriculture of the Incas. It identifies the Incas as experts in developing the agricultural practices of their predecessors. The Incas are said to be master builders of aqueducts and terraces that are still being used. The authors discuss their experience of staying in Lake Titicaca and what crops can be grown in England.
