Follicular Fluid Nitric Oxide Concentration in Relation to Stages of Estrus Cycle in Ewes.

Abstract
The article presents a study that aims to elucidate the fluctuations in the nitric oxide (NO) follicular concentration during estrus cycle stages in ewes. It mentions the collected ovaries from 44 non-pregnant ewes and classified equally into four groups of estrus, diestrus, proestrus and metestrus. Results reveal the high follicular fluid nitric oxide concentration in estrus and proestrus stages while the concentration of nitric oxide is at its highest in estrus stage.
