Abstract
The article focuses on the recommendation for submitting wine samples for testing for laboratory analysis. It mentions four laboratories, NSW, Tas, Vic and WA carry out testing for the majority of wineries in Australia and also highlights the most critical aspect for submitting samples is to send the correct sample in the correct condition.
