Abstract
The article discusses the issues and solutions for human trafficking focusing Trafficking Victims Protection Act (TVPA), Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) for monitoring traffic congestion, and the usage of advanced video processing techniques, such as license plate recognition (LPR).
