Abstract
The article provides guidelines on the management of sexually acquired reactive arthritis in Europe. This disease comprises of genito-urinary infection, typical clinical features of spondyloarthropathy and extra-genital manifestations and laboratory investigations. Patients are advised to avoid unprotected sexual intercourse until treatment is completed.
