Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 68-year-old female with a history of chronic myelomonocytic leukemia and was admitted for increasing shortness of breath and hypoxemia. It mentions the result of her bone marrow biopsy that confirmed transformation to acute myelomonocytic leukemia (AMML); also focuses on the correlation between improvement in radiographic findings and cytoreduction with hydroxyurea.
