Abstract
In this article, we will extend the notion of interpolative Kannan contraction by introducing the notions of interpolative Prešić type contractions and interpolative Prešić type proximal contractions for mappings defined on product spaces. Through these notions, we will derive some results to ensure the existence of fixed points and best proximity points for such mappings. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
