Abstract
The article focuses on the potential use of changes in corneal nerve morphology as an objective biomarker for migraine frequency and treatment response. It reports that a cross-sectional study found significant differences in corneal nerve fiber density and length between patients with chronic migraine and episodic migraine, with implications for reflecting the frequency of migraine attacks and the potential for nerve regeneration with effective treatment.
