Abstract
The article focuses on business analytics that could lead clinical laboratories and physician office laboratories (POLs) into the right direction. Topics covered include the middleware system auto-validation rates for benchmarking and faster technology adoption, the count statistics report and turnaround time (TAT) statistics report with regards to the laboratory information system (LIS). Also cited are health assesssments in the rules statistics report for data trend cross-verification.
