Abstract
The article presents a study conducted to examine the prognostic value of minimal residual disease (MRD). It states that the prognostic value of sequential MRD assessment by RQ-PCR in patients with CBFB-MYH11-positive AML with known c-KIT, FLT3 and RAS mutational status. It concludes that the effect of prognostic on MRD detection by RQ-PCR in a relatively large cohort of patients with CBFB-MYH11-positive acute myeloid leukemia.
