Abstract
A letter to the editor is presented concerning an investigation on the possibility of receptor interleukin 3 alpha-chain expression within the subgroup of immature T-acute lymphoblastic leukemia to identify cases that could benefit from diphtheria toxin fused to variant human interleukin 3 therapy.
