Abstract
The article discusses glioblastoma multiforme (GBM) has the common and fatal brain malignancy, with a poor 5-year survival rate of less than 5%. Topics include the invasiveness and high immune suppression of glioblastoma multiforme (GBM) produce poor survival of afflicted patients; and the combination of targeting CXCL1/2 and standard temozolomide chemotherapy improved upon the antitumor efficacy of chemotherapy.
