Abstract
The article presents the discussion on rethink the status quo and push for a more inclusive, diverse and equitable environment. Topics include Systemic racism has been at the forefront of discussions in many of our institutions and communities, challenging our systems and leaders; and ending systemic racism, and by implementing strategic goals to improve librarianship via local management.
