Abstract
A 68-year-old woman presented with three months of epigastric pain and mild weight loss despite acid suppression. 2Histology from stomach biopsies Additional questioning, prompted by the granulomas, revealed a history of asymptomatic pulmonary sarcoidosis; at the time of her cancer diagnosis, as part of evaluation for hilar adenopathy, transbronchial biopsies demonstrated non-caseating granulomas without evidence of cancer or infection.
