Abstract
Scientists began exploring for new compounds to tackle the illness because current medications were ineffectual and had negative effects and toxicity in people. Because there is a pressing need for cancer-fighting chemicals to be discovered. Researchers have created novel compounds that target cell death pathways like apoptosis, necrosis, and autophagy. The two most accepted cancer-related programmed cell death (PCD) are apoptosis and autophagy. We attempted to collect statistics on cancer prevalence across diverse cultures around the world using the experimental data. Furthermore, risk factors such as an improper diet, physical inactivity, smoking, and fewer births might exacerbate the disease. Although no one chemotherapeutic agent has been demonstrated to be 100 percent successful in cancer treatment, hydrazone chemicals have a unique biologic action and excellent coordination ability, making them hot topics in pharmaceutical research.
