The article focuses on Park access and equity for promoting public health and physical activity in communities across the U.S. Topics discussed include disparities in access to physical activity facilitating environmental resources, a project started by the University of South Carolina Arnold School of Public Health for evaluating the equitable distribution of parks across Greenville County, South Carolina, and views of Katy Smith, executive director of the program.
