Abstract
In order to find a novel method for solving the water resources scheduling problem more effectively, the strategies of supply chain management were introduced and the calculation model was established. Then, the artificial fish swarm algorithm was employed to solve this problem. To avoid the premature defect of the basic artificial fish swarm algorithm, the improved adaptive algorithm was proposed. And engineering practice and comparison with other scheduling algorithms show the efficiency of the method. The study provides a novel method for the water resource scheduling. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
