The article addresses admiralty and maritime decisions involving seamen, longshoremen, passengers, maritime liens and attachments, oil pollution, salvage, marine insurance, marine contracts, and other issues that arise in the practice of maritime law. Topics discussed include information on the U.S. Supreme Court case Dutra Group v. Batterton about claim of unseaworthiness, and background of the case Manson Gulf, LLC v. La Fleur about wrongful death action.
