The article presents a case study of an 87-year-old man suffering from haemorrhagic keratotic lesions in his right leg. It mentions that results of the histopathological examination that uses scanning magnification revealed that the patient has acroangiodermatitis of Mali, which is similar to pseudo-Kaposi's sarcoma that is often associated with chronic venous insufficiency. It affirms that she needs to undergo clinicopathological correlation to ensure the accuracy of her medical results.
