Abstract
The article discusses the case of a 53-year-old man with a 6-month history of an acneiform eruption on his face, diagnosed as rosacea with Demodex mites through microscopic examination. It also highlights the potential role of Demodex mites in the inflammatory process of rosacea and provides treatment options, primarily topical antibiotics like doxycycline and ivermectin.
