Abstract
The article analyzes SARS-CoV-2 antibody responses to ancestral SARS-CoV-2 strain and Omicron BA.1 and BA.4/BA.5 variants in nursing home residents after receipt of bivalent COVID-19 vaccine in Ohio and Rhode Island from September to November 2022. The study assessed anti-spike binding antibodies, neutralizing activity with spike protein based on the Wuhan and Omicron BA.1 and BA.4/BA.5 strains. It evaluated research subjects who received booster dose by age, gender, race/ethnicity.
