Abstract
The article describes the case of a 75-year-old male who presented at an otolaryngology clinic with a 2-year history of anosmia, nasal obstruction, and headaches. Topics covered include the medical history of the patient, the findings of the endoscopic examination, computed tomography and endoscopic preoperative biopsy which led to the diagnosis of Schwannoma of the anterior cranial fossa (ACF), and patient outcome following endoscopic transnasal resection of an olfactory Schwannoma.
