Abstract
The article discusses the biological problems related to drug action. It is stated that non-medicinal use of narcotic analgesics such as morphine and tramadol is currently widespread among drug addicts; and deaths due to overdosage of these substances are common. After forensic chemical analysis, it has been found that morphine gets rapidly distributed to the kidneys, liver, lungs, spleen, and brain; and tramadol rapidly leaves the blood and accumulates in highly perfused tissues.
