Abstract
Highlights •Collinear 4-point probe is shown to be unsuitable for graphite-polymer composites.•4-wire Kelvin measurement system with block electrodes is shown to be viable.•Fringe field effect increases cell conductance when sample to probe area ratio >1.•Offset resistance found by extrapolating cell resistance to zero sample thickness.•Uncertainty of offset resistance is a major contributor to measurement uncertainty.
