Seminar Rooms Reservation

Some learning spaces are not available
Highly crowded areas, such as doctoral carol rooms, study rooms, and graduate school reading rooms, cannot be used.
※ The use start date will be noticed at a later date.

In order to prevent monopoly of study room of specific user, study room reservation can be applied once a day (maximum 2 hours).
Reservations must be completed within 1 hour of booking by all accompanying users. Reservations will be canceled if not approved.
Reservation approval is available from My Library> My Study Rooms and an approval confirmation mail will be sent.
Often, you receive mail late or have trouble. Please be sure to let us know so that you can approve it with ‘My Library’ without checking the mail.
